CNC machining manufactures parts by declining manufacturing. Such processing is basically to remove the material from the solid blank and finally form the necessary shape. Milling, turning, polishing, drills can be done by the above method. The incrementing process is an inverse process, and there is no additional material, and finally, a part, for example, 3D printing is formed.

Jig

The jig performs all cutting work. Tools are usually mounted on the shelf or loaded into the spindle as needed. There are many different tools to make the perfect parts, and there is no universal and versatile manufacturing method. Below is a tool commonly used in typical machining.

Milling tool

The end mill end mill is a common jig and can usually be cut in three directions. It is divided into various styles such as flat head, fillet radius, ball head, taper shank. It has different blade number, spiral angle, substrate and coating material.

Face milling - face milling can cut large surface areas, i.e. planar milling. The cutting edge is usually on the tool edge, and the fly tooth is usually a hard alloy blade.

Screw milling - screw milling produces a threaded screw that acts as a screw around the axle to work out the shape of the thread.

"Cut milling" - use this milling to form the T-groove in the length direction of the parts. Due to the geometric shape of this tool, it must approach and exit from the opening of the material.

Lathe tools

Turning - its name is designed to cut the outer diameter of parts. This can be a solid package, it can be machined into a necessary shape and can be a hard alloy blade.

Inner cutting and threading -- such tools are usually thin so that they can be inserted into the parts after drilling and can be cut into the inside or threaded inside.

The disconnect cutting tool is used as a final operation to disconnect the parts after all other operations have been completed.

Drill - parts are used to drill in the longitudinal direction. Drill holes need to be hinged or drilled to achieve final tolerances.
